Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on any parts that are in an unused condition. If you have been supplied the wrong part please email us on returns@partzonline.co.nz  with the reason for return.

You can either send the part to us or we can arrange for the part to be picked up and sent back to us. The cost of freight for Returns and/or exchanges for incorrect products ordered or change of mind returns will be at the cost of the customer.

All Goods being returned must be in the same condition as when they were received by you , Electronic Items need to be in there original sealed packaging . Damaged or missing packaging will incur a 15% surcharge of the cost to re package the goods, Once the goods are received a Refund will be issued. All parts are sold with images and product information so you can make a informed decision to buy - please take extra care to ensure that when you hit the buy now button it is what you want.

Partzonline Ltd has the right to change its policy relating the return and refund of products at any time without notice.

If in a  case the goods are damaged when you receive them you are required to notify us immediately by emailing to returns@partzonline.co.nz.
