Does Partzonline Ship Internationally?

Yes we can. If your Country And town are not in the freight tables then you will need to request a Quote for the shipping. Once we get back to you with a quote, you can decide whether to proceed with your order.What Happens if I have paid for something and you are unable to supply?This can happen on ocassions (1 time in 200 ) we will try to find another part for you from another supplier, sometimes this can change the brand , if we are unsucessfull we will offer you a refund.  

What Payment options do I have?

You can either pay via VISA, Mastercard, BankCard Etc - We do not Accept AMEX or Diners

Is my online purchase secure?

For credit card payments, Partzonline Ltd utilizes Payment Express from DPS. DPS is committed to data security. DPS uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, DPS stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. How can I track my order?

1. When you complete your order, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been received

2. On dispatch from our warehouse (normally the Next day), You will receive tracking details from your selected courier company. Unless it goes NZ Post Economy Option which does not have tracking.

3. Utilising the tracking details on the email you can monitor the delivery progress.

I can’t find the part I need?

Just send us an email providing as much detail as possible on the part you are looking for and we will use our supplier contacts to see if we can source the product for you.

So where are the hidden costs and add-ons?

            There are none. What you are quoted on the website is what you will pay.

How long will it be until my order arrives?

            Generally it takes about 2 days - Rural Deliveries take 3 days. Sometimes Sooner. 

When will my Credit Card be charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately you complete your order. Should there be any issues with the products you have ordered, we will contact you immediately to discuss the issue. If necessary we will provide you with a credit if the required parts cannot be supplied.

Can I exchange / return a part if it doesn’t fit?

            Yes. See our Returns Policy - If a part is wrong we will send you a Courier Ticket to put on the item to return to us .Once the Goods are received back we will provide a refund back to your Credit card.
